Health coaches provide education, accountability and emotional support as you work to towards your chosen health and wellness goals. As a Certified Integrative Health Coach and Clinical Herbalist, I partner with you to identify your main areas of focus, define actionable steps, trouble shoot problem areas and identify if functional testing is needed. Based on your goals and needs we can deep dive into a variety of health topics like gut health, circadian rhythm management, cortisol management, hormone balancing, mindfulness and more. We’ll look at your progress-blockers and work through them together. I also provide herbal recommendations and reiki services to expedite the process if you are open to it.

We’ll audit your fridge and pantry items together and mark items for replacement. We can do this online as well but it’s nice to do in person if you live in the DMV (DC/Maryland/Virginia) area.
