Health coaches provide accountability, education and emotional support as you achieve your health goals. My program has a huge focus on mindfulness. We’ll dismantle progress-blockers by looking at your relationship with food, fitness, and your body. You’ll also learn how your bodily systems work so that you can start caring for them properly -vs- fighting against your biology. Medical testing is recommended so you can make data-driven decisions and be more efficient with your wellness efforts.
